Our Methodology

Every day, the people who run a company place their bets in the open.

The law says they have to. Almost nobody is watching. We never stop.

Act One — The Noise

Most of it means nothing.

Thousands of these filings land every day. A routine sale here. A scheduled, automatic purchase there. Paperwork. The hard part was never finding them. It's knowing which single one is worth your attention — and which ones to quietly let fall.

Act Two — The Read

So we read every one like a person would.

Pingr asks the same four questions a sharp analyst would ask — and never gets tired, never looks away, never misses one.

Question One

Who made the move?

A name on a page isn't a signal. The person behind it is. Pingr weighs how close that person sits to the truth of the business — how much they would genuinely know that the rest of us don't.

Question Two

How much did it cost them?

Conviction has a price. A token purchase is easy. Backing a belief with a meaningful slice of your own money is not. Pingr listens for the buys that actually stung to make.

Question Three

Were they alone?

One person can be wrong. When several insiders move on the same company, in the same short window, that's no longer a hunch — it's a room agreeing with itself. Pingr notices when they do.

Question Four

Did they mean it?

Some trades are placed on autopilot, scheduled months in advance. Useful to know — but it isn't a decision. Pingr tells the planned from the deliberate, and only the deliberate carries real weight.

Act Three — The Verdict

Four questions become one number.

One clean read on every trade. The higher it climbs, the harder the move was to ignore.

◆ The rare one

The Golden Trade.

Once in a while, every question lines up at once. The right people. Real money. A room in agreement. A genuine decision. When that happens, Pingr marks it gold.

Fewer than one in a hundred.

Golden Trades aren't graded on a curve to fill a quota. Most days there are none. That's the point — when one appears, it earned the name.

The honest part

A radar, not a recommendation.

Pingr does not tell you what to do. It tells you where to look.

A high score doesn't promise a good outcome. It means a person who knows the company put their own money on the line, and the move was hard to dismiss. Sometimes they're right. Sometimes they aren't. Nobody can know that in advance — and we won't pretend otherwise.

What Pingr removes is the searching. The thousands of filings, the noise, the not-knowing where to start. What you do with a signal — that part stays yours. As it should.

The market leaves clues. Start reading them.

See the latest signals for yourself. It takes a minute, and it's free.
